Extremely flexible inliner, bridges up to two dimensional steps, suitable for pipe diameters from DN 50 to DN 200. A DIBt approval is available for use with resin type FluviPox TF4 for the range DN 100 to DN 200 (DiBt Approval No. Z-42.3-441).
- Brawoliner®-Fix (DN70-200)
Extremely flexible inliner, suitable for pipe diameters from DN 70 to DN 200. A DIBt approval is available for use with resin type Brawo I or Brawo III for the range DN 100 to DN 200 (DiBt Approval No. Z-42.3-362).
- Brawoliner®-Fix Special (DN70-100)
Flexible inliner enabling the execution of two dimensional steps, suitable for pipe diameters from DN 70 to DN 100. Use with resin type Brawo I and III.

Thus easy, trenchless renovation via cleaning holes, manholes and all known pipe openings is possible. All inversion drums are made of stainless steel and high-quality container steel, guarantee high service life and therefore a high degree of economy. They are suitable for hot and cold setting with water or air and are supplied with hot water circulation connections as standard. Furthermore, all Fluvius inversion drums are equipped with wheels and can therefore be moved without applying a great deal of force.
- Inversion drum type alpha
Particularly suitable for areas difficult to access such as e.g. short main pipes or downpipes in the cellar or the house roof, due to low weight of approx. 26 kg. Suitable for the inversion of a hose liner from DN 70 to DN 150 and a length of max. 12.5 m at a material thickness of max. 3 mm.
- Inversion drum type beta
Suitable for the inversion of a hose liner from DN 70 to DN 225 and a length of max. 22 m at a material thickness of max. 3 mm. Suitable for horizontal and vertical renovation due to the rotary drum body.

- Impregnation table
Impregnation tables enable the fast, safe and above all even liner impregnation. Depending on the liner sizes, Fluvius offers various sizes in manual, electric and hydraulic design.
- Impregnation table manual
Suitable for hose liners with a diameter of up to DN 300. The entire system is made of stainless steel and aluminium. The drive and the height adjustment of the impregnation drums takes place manually. The system can be converted for electric or hydraulic operation by means of a conversion kit.
- Impregnation table alpha, electric
Suitable for hose liners with a diameter of up to DN 225. Drive takes place via an electric drum motor, which is controlled by a foot-operated switch. Backlash-free height adjustment with a travel distance of max. 200 mm with digital display.
- Vacuum systems
Fluvius offers electrically or compressed air operated vacuum systems in order to ensure even impregnation of the hose liners. These expel the existing air in the hose liners. Hence, the reaction resin can penetrate into all pores and wet the entire liner material free of bubbles. For this, the coating of the hose liner is subjected to controlled cuts in several places depending on the length; the suction cup is positioned on the cut zones and the existing air is extracted through the liner. Fluvius vacuum systems are mobile and can be used on the building site or for indoor applications.

Even heating up of the liners and rapid reaching of the required curing temperatures are ensured by means of the Fluvius hot water units – the pre-requisite for high-quality and economic renovation.
